The Novo Nordisk Industry Practice PharmD Fellowship is a competitive postdoctoral opportunity for recent PharmD graduates. 

Through this program, our Fellows will have the opportunity to make an impact in the areas of diabetes, obesity, rare bleeding disorders and hormone-related conditions, as well as for the patients living with these illnesses every day. Creating the safest, most effective products is essential to improved prevention, detection and treatment management.

Unique to our affiliate offices in Plainsboro, NJ, USA and Mississauga, ON, Canada, our Fellowships range from one to two-year programs that include instructor-led training, hands-on industry experience, and a guided mentorship program to offer professional and personal development.

Applicants must have recently graduated with a PharmD degree or will graduate prior to the program starting from an ACPE-accredited college of pharmacy.

Yes, as long as you plan to graduate within the same year that you are starting in a Fellowship position.

Yes, the Fellowship Program is considered a full time position and your salary will be comparable with an entry level position. Salary and benefits is based upon local terms, depending on where you are hired.

Yes, eligible participants will receive a basic relocation package.

You are not guaranteed a permanent position after completing the Fellowship.  However, the Fellowship program located in New Jersey, USA has a 72% retention rate average and the ON, Canada Fellowship program has a 100% retention rate.
