The Human Resources Department is responsible for the recruitment of, management of, and providing direction to the people who work in the organization through effective policies, procedures, guidelines, and support. Human Resources Management is the organizational function overseeing compensation, hiring, performance management, organization development, safety, wellness, benefits, employee motivation, communication, administration, and training.
HR Business Partner – this team is responsible for employee relations, providing policy guidance to management and employees. The primary purpose is to ensure our employees and leaders understand our policies, procedures, and guidelines, partnering with leaders to meet business objectives.
Culture & Employee Engagement – this team supports our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), the Employee Engagement team, and community events. The primary purpose is to promote a healthy work environment which enables employees to work at their best and be actively engaged in the work.
Data Analytics – this team provides metrics and analytics used to make business decisions regarding headcount, turnover, etc. The primary purpose is to provide data analytics in support of developing processes and programs to meet business strategies.
HR Site Shared Services – this team is responsible for payroll, leaves and accommodations, compensation practices, and general HR administrative tasks in support of the HR Business Partner team. The primary purpose is to provide support and structure to the HR Business Partner team allowing them to focus on our employees and leaders.
The Position
In general, the position is responsible for assisting in the development, implementation and administration of local and global policies and programs for staffing, employee relations, compensation and benefits, employee development and training, organizational development, regulatory compliance to meet the business strategies and customer requirements within the framework of Catalent’s overall corporate philosophy and policies, external laws, and regulations.

Physical Requirements
Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reading of written documents and use of computer monitor screen, reaching with hands and arms, talking, writing, listening. Occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending, carrying, grasping. Frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds. Must comply with EHS responsibilities for the position. Working conditions will be Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioned controlled.
