Diverse Supplier Certifications
For your business to be recognized as a diverse supplier by Novo Nordisk, formal third-party diversity certifications are strongly encouraged but not mandated at this time.

In order to be proactively prepared for a future sourcing opportunity, the Supplier Diversity (SD) team at Novo Nordisk brings in relevant new small and/or diverse suppliers for 'capability introductions' to Sourcing Managers and budget-holders. The SD team identifies suppliers of interest using various external search databases, the in-house Small/Diverse supplier portal, and supplier lists from conferences and other forums. If you are a supplier of interest, we will reach out to you!
