IHPS Application Forms must be submitted to NNIPublications@novonordisk.com. Before submitting the request form, please ensure that the applicant(s) has all information necessary to fully and accurately provide the following information:
IHPS decisions are made through a formal NNI review and decision-making process. The NNI IHPS Review Committee assesses applications based on established criteria, including available funding, the volume of requests received, alignment with NNI’s scientific and medical areas of interest, and the potential to improve patient care and outcomes. Before making a funding decision, the NNI IHPS Review Committee may request additional information or clarification about an IHPS applicant’s proposed activity description, budget or other submitted items.
Before receiving IHPS support, the potential recipient will be required to sign NNI’s standard contract mandating the inclusion of appropriate disclosures in the supported publication(s). A form of the below disclosure will be required:

Before IHPS support is provided by NNI, the parties must enter into a standard written agreement used by NNI to memorialize the terms and conditions of its support.
The submitting author must complete this form. All applications will be reviewed by NNI’s IHPS Review Committee. This application, including the checklists and acknowledgements on all pages, must be full and accurately completed before NNI’s IHPS Review Committee will evaluate it.
