The US People & Organization Graduate Program offers rotational
opportunities across Novo Nordisk in areas such as Diversity, Equity,
Inclusion, & Belonging (DEIB), Leadership Development, Talent
Management, and Human Resource Operations. This US based program will
include 3 rotations within two years, including one international rotation.
